tender for modular replacement of boiler hot reheat coil assemblies - 89 nos. including hrh outlet header nipples with higher grade material for 210 mw bhel make boiler in unit iv of mtps-i - 2 items. , supply portion : engineering, manufacture and supply of hot reheat assemblies including hrh outlet header nipples with up-graded materials (sa213t22 in place of sa213t11 and sa213t91 in place of sa213t22) with appropriate end connection to facilitate welding with existing cold reheat assembly (sa213t11 material) & structural attachments including required additional materials. (as per bill of materials) , erection portion : dismantling of existing hot reheat 89 assemblies and erection of new coils with old cold reheat circuits without affecting the old arrangements in order to maintain the existing flow pattern & devolution of old materials to mtps-i stores.
