annual comprehensive maintenance contract of existing unitary ac machines installed at different buildings of mekhliganj sub- divisional hospital cooch behar for the period of 1(one) year.- 1 charges of one calendar month for routine inspection of each machine in every forth night, complete repair and maintenance of ac machine(both idu & odu including supply & fixing of spare parts including compressor & gas in place of damages one by the company’s own tools & tackles & as per attached terms & condition and as per direction of eic. charges inclusive with less cost of dismantled material. the maintenance will cover replacement of all type of damages spare parts. no extra payment would be made for the machine. 2 1.5 ton total no. of machine = 11maintenance period = 12 monthsquantity = 11x12 = 132rate should be quoted per machine per month basis 3 2 ton total no. of machine = 46maintenance period = 12 monthsquantity = 46x12 = 552rate should be quoted per machine per month basis 4 note1:rate should be quoted with inclusive of all taxes, duties, cess as applicable.
