supply of 16.25 t icf bogie frame arrangement for self-generation ac coaches , 16.25 t icf bogie frame arrangement for self-generation ac coaches to icf drg no.- wtac4- 0-3-402, alt m /3, col-ii (with guide) & rdso specn c-9202, (rev-2 of october-2008), the firm shall fulfill th e requirement as per icf/md/specn.147 issue status:- 01, rev.02, amendment-1 of february-2007 paint sch eme shall as per drawing. note:- as per rdso letter el/1.6.9.15 dated 10.09.2018 attached at (cp- 64 to 7 1 ) , following points to be considered for fabrication of item no.- 32 & 33 in drg. no. wtac4-0-3-402, alt-m/ 3, i) in ac bogie with 25 kw alternator, width of boss of alternator bracket to be increased by 18 mm (from 16 mm to 34 mm). ii) length of bush of bogie bracket to be increased by 18 mm (from 32 mm to 50 mm) ii i) nylon-66 bush to be used for alternator suspension so that stiffness characteristics of bushes used in the mounting system are same for both bogie bracket and alternator bracket. iv) location of u-clamp (locking plate) to be shifted by 18 mm.
