bids are invited for customized amc/cmc for pre-owned products - aiamc of ground support equipments and tools for 842sqn cg; tools and gse; annual maintenance contract (amc); daily; yes; (a) daily maintenance as specified in the user manual of equipment. in addition: - (i) checking and refilling of tyre pressure as specified. (ii) checking level of coolant and toping up as required. (iii) checking for smooth movement of wheel and greasing as required. (iv) maintaining cleanliness of gse as part of daily parade. (v) corrosion removal and application of anticorrosive treatment and paint touch up. (vi) operational checks of gse. (vii) checking and refilling of lubricant as required. (viii) functional check of all equipment for performance. (b) monthly inspection as specified in the user manual of equipment. in addition: - (i) cleaning the filters and replace if required. (ii) checking of condition of flexible hoses and replace if required. (iii) checking for correct n2 pressure of nitrogen bottles and top up if required. (iv) lubrication of gse as applicable. (v) all ladder’s padding/beading to be replaced as and when found deteriorated (vi) routine maintenance of trolley fitted on gse for its test performance. (c) quarterly inspection as specified in the user manual of equipment. in addition: - (i) checking the condition of rubber beeding and replace if required. (ii) checking the condition of safety pin / nuts / bolts and replaced if required. (iii) replacement of chaffing/damages/deteriorated hoses. (iv) operation checking of nozzles sprayer, replace if required. (v) corrosion removal and application of anticorrosive as applicable. (vi) checking of condition of inner sponge of all wooden stands and replace if required. (vii) acidity test of hydraulic fluid (with sample bottle qty-12). (d) half yearly inspection as specified in the user manual of equipment. in addition: (i) dismantle and cleaning the equipment which ever applicable viz. compressor washing rig, hydraulic test rig etc. (ii) six monthly filter cleaning (replace if required) of defueling pump and other applicable equipment. (e) yearly inspection as specified in the user manual of equipment. in addition: - (i) painting of all gse and when directed by gse in-charge time to time. the contractor will use paint at their cost. (ii) calibration of all gauges of gse/tools when due. (iii) hst of equipment to be undertaken when due during period of contract. (iv) calibration of instruments, pressure gauges and pressure relief valve of all equipment to be carried out by the contractor undertaking aiamc as per the schedule held with the coast guard. 2. preventive maintenance :- the contractor is to maintain system as per preventive maintenance schedule to ensure all equipment are in serviceable state throughout the aiamc period. the preventive maintenance will include the following :- (i) replacement of components liable to become unserviceable shortly. (ii) lubrication of rotary components. (iii) vibration checks/adjustments. (iv) corrosion removal, cleaning and prevention. (v) painting of all equipment on requirement basis. (vi) blowing out and surface cleaning of all units once in a week basis to remove dust. (vii) replacement of cable sleeve when wear and tear occurs. (viii) adjustment of parameters when observed beyond limits or below the required value
