bids are invited for customized amc/cmc for pre-owned products - partial outsourcing of crusher area cleaning, ropeway line maintenance and bucket repair etc. work through job contract covering ropeway and crusher area.; partial outsourcing of crusher area cleaning, ropeway line maintenance and bucket repair etc. work through job contract covering ropeway and crusher area. the job includes:- i) ropeway line inspection at 04 location between loading station to unloading station. ii) periodic greasing and oiling of shoes/trestle from loading station to unloading station. iii) trimming of vegetation as and when required between loading station to unloading station. iv) trestles and trd foundation cleaning between loading station to unloading station. v) straightening of hanger of bucket assembly in unloading station. vi) repairing of carriage body in unloading station. vii) alignment and repair of buckets in unloading station. viii) repair and assembly of wheel in unloading station. ix) assembly of buckets and shifting to sick line in unloading station/angle station/ loading station. x) collection of buckets from ropeway line xi) cleaning of crusher spillage material and related area at mines xii) cleaning of crusher conveyor belt spillage material at mines .
