unit 4 cleaning, and painting of slip rings,slip ring shaft, slip ring cover, upper shaft, ugb oil reservoir, upper bearing cover, oil pot, pmg, pmg cover, anti condensation heaters, excitation transformer cubicle, oil level devices, ngr cubicle, pt cubilces, gtb, lower bracket, supporrting pipe beams of top covered chequer plates, upper end covers and lower end covers, ugb water inlet and outlet piping, oil piping, drain piping, air piping, fire piping, stator air coolers inlet/outlet water header piping and lgb oil cooler inlet/outlet water header piping along with all inlet valves, outlet and drain valves, greasing of the valves, removal of old thermocol insulation and applying new thermocol insulation along with suitable taping. removal of old existing insulation from field cc leads, thorough cleaning i.e scraping with emery paper, applying new insulation with mica tape and fiber glass tape and bectol red insulation paint duly scrapping of old existing paint at slbhes.
