placing factory made floor mounted island laboratory table with storage cabinets consisting of cabinet frame, cover panels, metal shutters & drawers, support brackets, shelves, slides and handles having completely designed modular understructure stand. under structure stand shall be made of 30x30 mm square tube of 1.2 mm thick crca sheet duly powder coated. the complete frame of cabinet shall be combination of 1.2 mm thick horizontal or stiffeners and 0.8 mm thick vertical panel of crca steel as per is 10748 / is5986- fe 410 sheet pretreated (degreased, zinc phosphating) and epoxy powder coating 40-60 microns for better corrosion resistance. panels shall be 6 bend panels and shall be made from mild steel sheets not less than 0.8mm in thickness with lipped flanges. metal shutters and drawers should be made of 0.8mm thick. crca sheet with profile insert to provide rigidity to the doors. worktop of laboratory table shall be made of 18mm high quality granite in jet black colour including cutting, edge molding & polishing fixed over 8mm thick marine ply. granite / reagent support brackets shall be provided to serve the purpose of supporting the granite and carrying the service lines. support brackets to be provided in 2 mm crca ms sheet. unit shelves in 0.8mm thick crca to have a load carrying capacity of 40 kg. high precision double extension ball slides to be provided for the drawers. hinges should be spring loaded of hafelle/hettich/ebco make. each unit should be provided with a locking facility. powder coating should be at least 40-60 microns with epoxy
