tender for special repair to bldg no p-36 at rimc, dehradun & certain minor works under ge dehradun-- 1 dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern as in roof coverings.complete all as specified and directed. 2 dismantling timber scantling 40 sqcm & over in section uframed in any position. complete all as specified and directed. 3 demolotion of cement concrete (un reinforced) in groundfloor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specifed and directed. 4 demolition of brick work in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashler facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed. 5 taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness on brick, stone, concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, removal of rubbish and cleaning, etc complete as directed and specified.
