tender for repair/maintenance of painting of furniture under age (i) cg noida- 1 chair writing: fd-280: dismantling, taking out carefully of old existing broken back leg of the chair of any description, & replacement of the same with new back leg of 1st class hw (tw) made to shape, fixed in position. 2 recanning of chair with 2mm wide new plastic cane with godrej pattern. 3 m&l preparation of old surface of chair writing by cleaning, dusting and filling bores with putty and polishing one coat with lacquer polish of approved make with standard workmanship. note: the surfaces of furniture to be polished shall be cleaned by grinding machine in order to get high glossy finish alike new furniture. 4 table center(size- 900x450x400mm): fd-274: s&f in repair new hard pvc/rubber shoe/ ring of superior quality with suitable screws for fixing incl taking down old pvc rubber shore/ring. 5 m&l preparation of old surface of table centre by cleaning, dusting and filling bores with putty and polishing one coat with lacquer polish of approved make with standard workmanship. note: the surfaces of furniture to be polished shall be cleaned by grinding machine in order to get high glossy finish alike new furniture. 6 table dressing gents: fd/e6/map/16: replacement of back frame with new back frame with 6mm thick commercial ply grade i bwr grade made to shape fixed in position.(make of ply:- greenply/ century/duro) 7 s&f in replacement knob with new chromium plated knob 25mm dia, 24mm length as approved by the engineer-in-charge.
