tender for term contract for artificer works in amenity buildings in estate area of ofmk including liaison cell and ib buildings at bowenpally. ; to execute the work as per condition 4(a) of iafw-2249 including minor works complete all as specified in mes ssr-2009 (part-i) specification & as directed. the work shall be priced at par ssr-2020 (part-ii) rates subject to quoted percentage by the tenderer. the work shall be carried out as per work order (s) placed by engr-in-charge during the contract period.note: tenderer shall insert the percentage here in below by selecting the option excess (+) or less (-) to quote the percentage above / below the ssr part ii (2020) (rates) respectively. the amount inserted by the department is an estimated cost but tender shall be accepted only on the percentage inserted/quoted by tenderer.
