tender for certain misc b/r items and comprehensive repairs to certain otm & md accn in af stn-- 1 taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed. 2 s&f solid pvc door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour pvc sheet reinforced with 19mm thick ms square tube of 19 gauge mitre cut at two corners and joined by inserting two nos of 150mm long brackets of 15mmx15mm ms square tube inside the 19mm ms square tube and suitably screwed complete all as specified and as directed. 3 s&f factory made solid panel pvc door shutter of 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of ms tubes for top and bottom rails. ms frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour pvc c channel having a pvc sheet strip 20 mm wide stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles, and plain colour pvc sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; panelling of plain colour pvc sheet to be fitted in the ms frame, welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable pvc sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement as per specification and as directed.
