(excluding g.s.t.) , providing, laying, spreading material on a prepared sub base (wbm), cement @ 4% by weight to the spread material manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at omc to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer to sub-base. (excluding g.s.t.) , providing and applying primer coat of low porosity with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502. (excluding g.s.t.) , providing and applying tack coat with vg-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer/bituminous surface as per technical specification clause 503. (excluding g.s.t.) , providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using vg-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base by manual means, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per technical specification clause 508 ( by manual means) . (excluding g.s.t.) , providing and laying seal coat by manual means with vg-10 sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type c as per technical specification clause 510 ( by manual means). (excluding g.s.t.) , supply, laying & fixing of of 350 mm dia np-3 reinforced cement concrete hume pipes including all material, labour & t&p etc. (excluding g.s.t.) , construction of patri on both side of the road with carted earth cartage of earth 5.00 km with all lift and lead, transporting to site ,spreding grading to required slope and compacting as per sor si no 253 & 261 (c). complete in all respects (excluding g.s.t.) , brick lining on both side of the road of m-150 bricks 7 cm. wide. 11 cm. deep, laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the engineer-in-charge. excluding gst (excluding g.s.t.)
