bids are invited for custom bid for services - reconditioning of 03 nos boom luffing cylinder-model-cp-2106 of stacker cum reclaimer at dvc rtps reconditioning of 03 nos. boom luffing cylinder (model: cp-2106) of stacker cum reclaimer at dvc, rtps. 1. transportation of 03 nos. boom luffing cylinder from dvc, rtps, raghunathpur to danfoss works at pune and vice-versa will be in the scope of vendor 2. disassembly of the cylinder and its accessories. 3. he cap: -to be reworked for o ring spigot based on barrel final size. 4. re cap: - to be reworked for o ring spigot based on barrel final size. 5. barrel: - re-honed for rust and pitting marks removal, however base material found damaged beyond repairing. hence all barrel replacement required. 6. piston rod: -plating peel off observed & base material damaged on 2 piston rods which are beyond repairing. 2 new rod & 1 old rod rework 7. knuckle: - rework required to remove rust and cleaning servicing/overhauling of all bfp recirculation valve. 8. bearings: -replacement required found rust and damage 9. piston: - to be replaced with new one based on barrel dimensions after rework. 10. seal kit, bellow & bolt hard ware: -to be replaced with new one 11. packing & forwarding of the of the materials- the vendor shall return the damaged and replaced materials to dvc, rtps, raghunathpur. total quantity :
