tender for comprehensive repair to b/r and e/m works in md accn at mil stn agartala - 1 dismantling framed timber scantlings 40 sq. cm & over in section, in any position all as speciied and directed. 2 s&f rolled mild steel sections as in main & cross beams, hip & jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters & running rails & guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates gde fe410-0 or fe 310-o all as speciied and directed. 3 m&l for two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over coat of red oxide zinc chrome on steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces. 4 dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roofcoverings complete all as specified and as directed. 5 s & f pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating gi based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ eaves board fixed with selp tapping screw complete all as specified and directed. 6 dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed. 7 material & labour non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors or skirting etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick screed bed for laying floor finishes in cm (1:4) complete all as specified
