(ii) aux supply : 24-23 v ac/dc rated (as per iec). (iii) draw out with ct shorting. (iv) scada compatible with rs 485 port. (v) frant leds display for following : l1, l2, l3, e trip for faulty y phase/earth, low set trip, high set trip. (vi) relay should have minimum 4 di, 6 do. (vii) the relay should have cold load pick up, harmonic blocking and cbfp. it should have minimum 10 fault records and 10 events records. selting ranges (a) ip 5 to 400 % is step of 1 % (b) ip 5 to 3000% in step of 1% (c) ie 5 to 250 % is step of 1 % (d) ie 5 to 1500 % is step of 1 % (e) tp 0.01 to 1.50 % is step of 0.01 (f) te 0.01 to 1.50 % is step of 0.01 (g) tp 0.01 sec to 20 sec in step of 0.01 sec (h) te 0.01 sec to 20 sec in step of 0.01 sec all t&p, labour will be provided by contractor in all respects , retro-fitting / modification work in existing vcb/dcb panel for installation of protection relay of different make including modification of relay slot, mounting arrangement, wiring adjustment, drilling/cutting, supply of small hardware/material, transportation, labour and complete installation as required for proper commissioning of relay - complete in all respect will be done by contractor.
