( all implant sizes with compatible posterior and anterior referencing instrumentation, one 40 gm packet of antibiotic cement at the time of surgery, implant should have registry , user friendly instrumentation. 2. uncemented total hip replacement system - primary collarless, canal filling fully ha coated triple taper stem available in standard and extended offset with compatible oxinium / titanium / ceramicised metal head. primary uncemented acetabular shell with poly liner consisting of: stikttite coated titanium primary acetabular shell with highly crosslinked polyethylene liner in taper lock design and two 6.5 mm cancellous screws. should be supplied with screw hole caps / solid option. ( all implant sizes with compatible instrumentation to be provided at the time of surgery, implant should have registry follow up data, us fda approved / eu-ce certified, odep rating ) . 3. humeral component with both cemented and uncemented tapered stem options for shoulder hemiarthroplasty with with corresponding low profile humeral head.
