( a ) preparation of complete central air conditioning plant of cap ( 2x30 tr running+1x30 tr stand by ) designs based on inside outside conditions listed at annexure-i . the design shall meet relevant codal requirements and design of air conditioning including the individual room wise temperature control along with management system automatic humidity and plc control system along with metering device . ( b ) submission of following working details/documents . ( i ) working out heat load calculations room wise as per drawings of the subject work . ( ii ) double line duct drawing showing different sizes of ducts and roomwise flow details . ( iii ) chillar water piping drawing including condenser pipes and fittings . ( iv ) location and sizes of plant room and ahu room as may be required . ( v ) specification of equipment and other all materials/items with technical literature of various components of finalized complete plant . ( vi ) suggestion of type of plant depending upon size and type of duty based design data . ( vii ) line plan of plant room/ahus showing various equipments and form wall including showing approx location of doors/ windows . ( viii ) bill quantities as well as schedule of tender showing description of various items accounting units qty etc . ( ix ) a schedule , listing various items and there recommended brands/makes . 2 . 01 no cd showing complete calculations designs drawings bill of quantities along with price list and support quotation of reputed manufacturer and two hard copies ( gst if any ) ( excise duty if any ) ( transportation if any ) .
