(3) maintenance of electrical installation & fans i/c compound lights and rmo fire fighting pump sets at flatted factory complex, okhla, under ae(e) ii, south east, pwd,new delhi . , ( i ) operation and routine maintenance of electric sub station comprising of ht panel , lt panel , apfc panels , transformer and d . g set with amf panel round the clock on all days including sunday and holidays as required as per terms and conditions attached ( ii ) operation and running maintenance of electric driven water supply pump sets / fire fighting pump sets its allied accessories & panels on all days . ( a ) wireman cum operator- 09 nos . ( 03 nos . in each shift ( 6 . 00 am to 2 . 00 pm , 2 . 00 pm to 10 . 00 pm & 10 . 00 pm to 6 . 00 am ) ( b ) khallasi - 03 nos . ( 01 no . in each shift ( 6 . 00 am to 2 . 00 pm , 2 . 00 pm to 10 . 00 pm & 10 . 00 pm to 6 . 00 am ) ( for gk-1 , delhi consumer forum & flatted factory complex ) , routine maintenance of ei & fans , light points , fan points , exhaust fan points , call bell points , light and power pints , distribution boards , sub main wiring , circuit wiring tube light fittings , street light fittings and all type of electrical fittings , i/c compound/ street light etc . at various offices as per annexure a on all working days except sunday and holidays as per terms and conditions as specified and by providing follwing minimum staff:- ( a ) wireman - 02 nos .
