mtps-ii-es circle-tgm & ca division -checking the tightness of sprayers ( 7582 nos. ) , cleaning the top surface of the fills in the entire ndct area, collecting the undersize sponge balls and painting the corroded outer surface of secondary hot water distribution pipelines in natural draught cooling tower ( ndct ) with one coat of epoxy red oxide primer and two coats of epoxy sea green paint with proper interval by removing and re-laying the drift eliminators , painting the outer surface of 2 nos. 30 kl capacity bulk sulphuric acid storage tank and 1 no.5 kl capacity sulphuric acid day tank , replacement of 65nb wornout pipe & fittings of chlorine solution line in cw forebay , overhauling of 200nb diaphragm valve in chlorine solution line to cw forebay and arresting acid leak in suction pipeline from acid day tank including cost of paints and required consumables during unit annual overhauling’2021.
