( for matriculate but not graduate ) 2 nos . x 12 month = 24 nos . , providing services of clerical staff ( udc ) for hort . division south having relevant 3 to 5 years experience of office work and knowledge of noting , drafting , corresponding , administration , court case , maintaining office record & other works assigned by office in charge including bonus . 1 nos . x 12 month = 12 nos . , providing the service for mts in division and sub division office the service will include attending photocopy machine , movement of files in the offices including dak delivery apart other normal duties of peon as per direction by officer-in-charge including bonus . 2 nos . x 12 month = 24 nos . , providing the service of sweeper . the service will include sweeping and cleaning of floors , walls ( inside-outside ) ceiling , peripheral , drain , staircase and surrounding feature in around the division office . to keep it neats and clean during the operation hours i . e . 08 . 00 am to 12 . 00 pm daily with detergent , phenyl , wiper , duster , broom , water etc . required complete as per direction by officer-in-charge including bonus .
