selection/appointment of architect/ consultant for preparation and submission of dpr which includes concept and detailed architectural andstructural drawings and designs/ plumbing layouts/ electrical layout drawings/ interior design drawings/ , preparation of dpr which includes concept and detailed architectural & structural drawings & designs , plumbing , electrical layout drawings , interior design drawings , estimate , boq , power point presentation , walk-thru presentation of projects showing all the components and master plan for the overall development of shiv dham ( replica of 12 jyotirlings in monumental form ) project . the proposed area for development would be 150 bighas and tentative development cost ( phase-i ) would be approximate rs . 40 . 00 crore . it is envisaged that the campus will be developed in phased manner . master plan should be self explaining about the proposed components and for future expansion to be developed in phased manner such as amphitheatre , meditation centre , souvenir shops , admn . block community centre / langer bhawan , yoga centre , staying places ( rooms and dormitories ) , site proposal for ropeway , approach road and public conveniences , landscaping etc . the entries to the all the components should be barrier free .
