75x45 cm. having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support (pole), providing and laying of stone pad (300x300x75mm.) in the bottom of the pit. erection of single pole support complete with fixing of 11 kv v-type cross-arms and all other accessories by providing stone pad, holding clamps, f-bracket and nuts & bolts etc. as per respo norms. 21 for 33kv/11 kv/lt line, double pole structure with 13/11/9/8.5 mtr. long st/pcc poles :- excavation of foundation pit in size of 75x45 cm. having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support (pole). erection of support (pole) complete work by fixing of d.p. clamps and all other accessories. the work includes fabrication work and fixing of cross bracing sets, cutting holes complete work as per respo norms. 22 construction of tri/four pole structure on pcc/st poles including fabrication of ms angle channel, cross bracing etc. with proving and fitting of all type of clamps made of ms flat of size 65x8mm. with nuts, bolts & washer, grouting of pole in size of 220x45x45 cm. with cement, sand and brick ballast in the ratio of 1:4:8, as per respo norms. 23 grouting of single/double/tri/four poles line support :- grouting of support in cc 1:4:6 (cement, sand and 40 mm. brick ballast) grouting will be done in the block of size 45cm x 45cm x 1/6th of full length of the support upto ground level as per respo norms. 24 grouting of stay rods (20x1800mm.) including all works of excavation, cement concrete in size of (0.60x0.60x0.30)m in the ratio of 1:4:6 (cement, sand and 40 mm. brick ballast) including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc. 25 fixing, tightening and nozelling of stay wire with stay rod and stay insulators with the pole of required tension by providing stay clamps, nuts, bolts etc. 26 earthing of support with ms earth rod of (20x2500)mm. long including excavation of pit and driving ms rod 3.0m apart from support and 0.5m below the ground level and connecting below the earth electrodes with the help of g.i. wire 6 swg tightening with nuts and bolts. 27 laying, sagging, stringing and binding of acsr weasel/rabbit/dog conductor with all other accessories on pole as per respo norms. 28 laying, sagging, stringing and binding of abc conductor all size with all other accessories on pole as per respo norms. 29 laying of xlpe cable of size 3x70 sq.mm./ 3x120 sq.mm./ 3x185 sq.mm./3x300 sq.mm. and making connections as per respo norms. 30 filling and fixing of 33/11 kv outdoor/indoor type cable jointing kits as per respo norms. 31 digging of cable trench in size of 0.45mtr.x1.05 mtr. 32 laying of xlpe 3x70/120/185/300 sq.mm. cable in the overhead/trench. 33 undergrounding of 33/11 kv 3x70/120/185/300 sq.mm. cable 34 providing 150 mm. sand cushion beneath and 150 mm. above the cable. the cable shall be duly protected by 1st class bricks, two on either side and third on top of the cable, laid in the series one after the other. 35 refilling and ramming of the left out soil, closing the trench and levelling. spare cable shall be left in the loop shape at both ends, including providing of all required material and t&p. 36 providing and fixing of danger board with clamp, nut and bolts. 37 providing and fixing of number plate with clamp, nut and bolts. 38 providing and wrapping of barbed wire on stp/pcc poles at a height of 2.75 mtr. from the ground level as per respo norms. 39 fitting of 11 kv pilfer proof metering cubical including making proper connections. 40 guarding of 33kv/11 kv/lt line with g.i. wire as per respo norms. 41 mounting and fixing of 33/11 kv ct/pt unit
