work in deposit scheme in the area of edd 2 moradabad-1 carriage of the following material from store centre, majhola / je’s store to work site of work including loading & unloading at both ands ( distance in the radius about 30 km. ) 2 ( a )      st pole 11 mtr / 8.5 mtr long pole. 3 ( b )        acsr weasel / dog conductor. 4 ( c )        11 / 0.4 10 kva transformer. 5 ( d )        11 / 0.4 25 kva transformer. 6 ( e )         11 / 0.4 63 kva transformer. 7 ( f )       11 / 0.4 100 kva transformer. 8 ( g )         lt ab cable 9 ( h )         11 kv xlpe cable of size 3x70sq.mm / 3x120 sq.mm. / 3x180 sq.mm. etc 10 ( i ) line material such as cross-arm, pin insulators, guarding angles, guarding wire, disc insulators and cable jointing kits etc 11 for 11 kv line, single support 11 / 8.5 mtr long pole:-excavation of foundation pit in size of 75x45cm having depth of 1 / 6th of the full length of the support ( pole ) , providing and laying of stone pad ( 300x300x75 mm ) in the bottom of the pit. erection of support ( pole ) complete with fixing of 11 kv v-type cross-arms and other accessories by providing stone pad, cross arm holding clamps, f-bracket and nuts & bolts as per respo norms. 12 for 11 kv line, double pole structure with 11 / 8.5 mtr long pole:- excavation of foundation pit in size of 75x45cm having depth of 1 / 6th of the full length of the support ( pole ) erection of support ( pole ) complete work by fixing of d.p. clamps and all other accessories .the work includes fabrication work and fixing of cross bracing sets , cutting holes complete work as per respo norms. 13 grouting of poles 11 / 8.5meter long single line support:- grouting of support in cc 1:4:6 ( cement, sand & 40 mm. brick ballast ) grouting will be done in the block of size 45x45cmx1 / 6th of full length of the support upto ground level as per respo norms. 14 grouting of stay rods ( 20x1800 ) mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size of ( 0.60x0.60x0.30 ) m in the ratio of 1:4:6 ( cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast ) including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc. 15 fixing, tightening and nozelling of stay wire with stay rod and stay insulators with the pole of required tension by providing stay clamps, nuts&bolts etc. 16 earthing of support with ms earth rod of ( 20x2500 ) mm long including excavation of pit and driving ms rod 3.0 m apart from support and 0.5 m below the ground level and connecting below the earth electrodes with the help of gi wire no. 6 swg tightening with nuts and bolts. 17 laying, sagging, stringing and binding of acsr weasel / dog conductor with other accessories on poles as per respo norms. 18 laying, sagging, stringing and binding of ab cable conductor with other accessories on poles as per respo norms. 19 laying of 11 kv xlpe cable of size 3x70sq.mm / 3x120 sq.mm / 3x180 sq.mm. and making connection as per respo norms. 20 filling and fixing of 11 kv cable jointing kits of indoor / outdoor types as per respo norms. 21 providing & fixing of danger board with clamp and nuts & bolts. 22 providing & fixing of number plate with clamp and nuts & bolts. 23 providing and wrapping of barbed wire on 11 kv pcc poles at a height of 2.75 mtr from the ground level as per respo norms. 24 fitiing of 11 kv pilfer proof metering cubical including making proper connections. 25 guarding of 11 kv line with g.i. wire as per respo norms. 26 mounting & fixing of 11 kv ct / pt unit on double pole including making proper connections. 27 fixing of 11 kv 3ph-4w tvm meter at double pole including making proper connections. 28 mounting & fixing of 10 kva t / f on pole including making proper connections. 29 mounting & fixing of 25 kva t / f on double pole including making proper connections. 30 mounting & fixing of 63 kva t / f on double pole including making proper connections. 31 mounting & fixing of 100 kva t / f on double pole including making proper connections.
