tender for hiring of hitachi machine excavator or equivalent for maintenance of store division.- 1 deploying of machineries in good running condition on hire basis as and when required basis including the cost of services/wages of operating staff (mechanic/helpers), cost of lubricating oil, diesel/petrol/kerosene oil, other consumables unless or otherwise for regular maintenance of store division apwd and all the taxes etc. as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. nature ofwork for deploying of machineries:-.1.cutting and removal of dense bushes, wild grass and shrubs, overgrown trees branches obstructing movement of men and materials.2.clearing of vegetation around store building, internal roads and pathways, open storage areas, collection and disposal of removed vegetation to the designated disposal area.3.removal of accumulated waste, loose soil, and organic debris. sweeping and clearing of pathways and open spaces.4.levelling of uneven soil surface across the complex.5.use of excavator or equivalent machinery for jungle cutting, soil levelling, loading and unloading of debris. deployment of minimal workforce for supervision and finishing work due to shortage of manpower. 6.barricading the worksite where necessary, ensuring operator safety gear and controlled machinery movement. avoiding damage to existing buildings, underground utilities, and storage materials.7.clean and obstruction-free working environment, improved access for vehicles and staff, smooth functioning of store operations, reduced safety hazards and improved hygiene in the complex. 2 hydraulic excavator (3d) (small) of make hitachi or equivalent with driver and fuel.
