tender for special repair work of bansgoan baisarani baidauli bariyar road distt gorakhpur in fy 2025-26 (cc road) lot no 7 of 7 - roadwork 2 wbm g-3providing, laying, spreading and coompacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite tpye of screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. as per mort&h technical specification clause 404 4.90 3 construction of un-reinforced,plain cement concrete pavement thickness 150mm, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 m 30 (grade), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to is 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batch using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted usingplate vibrators and finshed in continous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, joints, joint filler, separation membrane, bitumenous sealant, joint sealant.in proper lines and grades as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 including proper curing. 4 earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.5m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20cm. layers, including ramming and dessing the surface to required levels & slopes & also including 1.5m. lift & 30m. lead. the earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m. distance as directed by the engineer-in-charge.
