tender for overhauling of 33kv vcbs and painting of rusted equipments at 132kv substation manduadih, under electricity transmission division-i, varanasi - complete overhauling of 33kv vacuum circuit breakers installed at 132kv s/s manduadih. job includes alignment of mechanism assembly by opening and adjusting its operating rod, holding latch and damping spring etc. replacement of damaged washers, lock pins, small springs etc. as per requirement during the work. assembling the mechanism followed by oiling, greasing and tightening of all nuts & bolts of the mechanism box, checking & tightening of all ac/dc connections/terminals, proper checking the spring charging motor along with replacement of its carbon, removing the deposited dust/carbon on terminals by good quality crc spray, checking the proper tripping & closing of vcb from local and remote including measurment of opening, closing time & contact resistance of cb pole by latest colibrated testing kit and other associated works also if required for satisfactory completion of job. cost includes of all labour, t&p and consumable items will be provided by contractor at his own cost. 2 spray painting of following rusted equipments with one coat of good quality red oxide primer and two coats of light gray color synthetic enamel paint of first class quality asean/nerolac/ berger/shalimar make after proper cleaning/rubbing of rust/dust and oily surface by emery/sand paper and hardwire brush including the cost of all material, labor and t&p. 3 132kv ct/pt (top cover shall be painted with red, yellow and blue colour as per phase sequence) 4 junction box of 132kv ct/pt 5 132kv isolator base 6 132kv isolator junction box 7 132kv circuit breaker 8 33kv circuit breaker 9 33kv ct/pt 10 junction box of 33kv ct/pt/cb 11 spray painting of following 132/33kv, 40mva power transformers. work includes cleaning of transformer by castic soda and kerosin oil, scrubbing the top and outer surface, rubbing and complete cleaning the top and outer surface. applying of one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel light gray paint of first class quality asian/nerolac/berger/shalimar make and also painting its associated earthing, riser etc. with green color, bushig top in red, yellow and blue color as per phase sequence. work including the cost of all material, labor and t&p. 12 132/33kv, 40mva t/f-i (bharat bijali make) 13 132/33kv, 40mva t/f-ii (alstom make) 14 132/33kv, 20mva t/f-ii (schnieder make)
