tender for following works are to be carried out at 220kv s/s barahuwa gorakhpur for retrofitting of isolator disconnectors arm with new design high capacity isolators disconectors of 145kv kv side including cost of men ,misc. consumables t&p etc. to complete the job satisfactory. , opening of old & existing jumpers between main bus- i and bus -ii and line side isolators and between bus isolators to circuit breaker . , dismantling of old existing different make 145kv isolators installed in 132kv switchyard by opening of its all accessories including arms , connecting pipes , male & female jaws of all three phases , p.i. & its mechanism box , safe lowering of all components . safe shifting of all dismantled components of different make isolator to store as per guidence of supervising engineer including all cost of labour and t&p ( all 03 phase of isolator considered as one job ) , erection of new 145kv isolator of 132kv switchyard of its complete mechanism like p.i.,isolator arm assembly , male ,female jaw , connecting pipe , earthing blade ( as per requiremnet ) and its mechanism box and then checked complete alignment of new isolator ( work will be carried out as per drawing ). laying and termination of different size control cable for no/nc status from isolator to control room panel as per direction of supervising engineers(if required) , jumpering of conductor asper standard specification in between bus to bus isolators and between bus isolators to circuit breker etc. by proper cutting,bending ,tightening of conductors by using necessary connectors to be provide bydepartment. , carriage of 145 kv isolator , sorting, loading and proper stacking of 05 nos 145 kv isolators at 132 kv s/s fci gkp under etc gkp manually on the private/commercial vehicle with all cost of men t&p etc. , safe carriage of 05 nos 145 kv isolators from 132 kv s/s fci gkp under etc gkp to 220 kv ss barahuwa gkp on private /commercial vehicle with all cost of men t&p etc. , unloading and prope
