construction of 11 kv dabki feeder edd ii sre-2 safely cartage ofstpoles ( 11 mtr. long ) fromesc, sreto the site of workincluding loading & unloading at both ends 3 safely cartage of acsr dog conductor / xlpe cable with other complete line material ( except st poles ) from esc, sreto the site of workincluding loading & unloading at both ends. 4 safely cartage of new 11 kv incoming vcb ctr 600 / 300, 5 amp andoutgoing vcb ctr 200 / 100, 5 amp. from esc, sre, to the 33 / 11 kv s / s kailashpur-ii including loading & unloading at both ends. 5 erection of single support stpoles ( 11 mtr. long ) with complete fitting of all accessories for 11 kv line as per respo specifications. 6 febraction of double pole ( 11 mtr. long ) on st poles with complete fittingofbracings & other accessories as per respo specifications. 7 grauting stay rods by digging of pits in block of 600x600x300 mm. with new brick sand cement and blasatwithnozzling of stay wire. 8 laying, lifting, stringing, sagging jumpering & binding of acsr dog conductor on st polefor 11 kv line as per respo specifications. 9 earthing of st poles by earthing rod 20x2500 mm as per respo specifications. 10 grouting of st pole after digging of pits in block 16x1800mm in ratio 1:4:8 with ist class brick sand cement ballast withgood quality dry river . 11 providing x-arm holding clamp for st poles made of new ms flat size 65x8 mm with nuts & bolts. 12 providingf- clamp, for st poles made of new ms flat size 65x6 mm with nuts & bolts. 13 providing round pole clamp for st poles made of new ms flat size 65x8 mm with nuts & bolts as per respo specifications. 14 providing and fixing of stone ped as per respo specifications 15 gaurding of above 11 kv line on road crossing etc. with gi wire complete fitting in all respect. 16 providingofj-hook clampfor xlpe with nuts & bolts made of new ms flat iron 50x6 mm 17 painting of pole with red oxide & alluminium paint ( british / asian / enamel paint ) complete in all respect. 18 digging the trench 1.5 meter deep and 2 feet wide and layingof 11 kv xlpe cable 3x300 sq.mm. in to the trench after spreading the sand into the trench and then laying of ist class bricks into the trench and put the cable on the bricks and then covered the cable with ist lass bricks from all three sides of cable and then filling the earth with ramming. 19 providing and fillingthe cable jointing kit indore & outdoor type size3x300 sqmm. with nuts & boltsas per respo specification. 20 safely shifting and installation of 11 kv new01 no incomingand 01 no outgoing vcbcomplete with proper groutingin all respect and making cable connectionin control room 21 safely cartage of new 250 kva t / f from esc, sre, to the site of work including loading & unloading at both ends 22 constriction of plinth for installation of 250 kv t / f of size 1.5x1.5x1.5 mtr made of 9”inch thick wall in all four sides with 6”inch thickrcc top duly filled with sand and plastered 12mm thick in ratio 1:4 with cement and sand on outer surface of brick wall as per respo specificaiton. 23 safely installation ofnew 250 kv t / f on the plinth with proper alignment and complete fitting including making connection 11kv / lt line commissioning. 24 water lavel earthing of 250 kva t / f by boring 60 ft. deep and fixing 60 ft. gi pipe 1 / 2 dia ( zindal class b ) and connectingwith gi strip of size 40x5 mm. at the bottom of gi pipe to thet / f with providing of requireed charcoal and salt in the pipe . 25 off shooting of tree branches for clearence of proposed33 / 11 kv line. ( approx 13 km line )
