tender for machine annual maintenance work-2 , ( 1 ) ( a ) replacement of compressor ring and oil ring ( over size super make ) in cold storage 7x7 ( frick make ) compressor no. fitting the pipe of the oil charging valve of the pump to the pump, repair of the oil pump, piston valve ( section valve ) - 6 nos. work, replacing 2 pipe ( tata c class make 2.5 feet ) of discharge line with planch and fixing loose wheel in crankshaft by mandrel and head cover with stat nut 3 ( b ) replacement of compressor ring and oil ring in cold storage 7x7 ( frick make ) compressor no-3 ( over size super make ) and replacement of gajn pin and bush, replacement of oil filter and filter of mini forte, oil pump repairing of oil charging valve pipe fitting in pump, repair of oil pump, piston valve ( section valve ) - 6 nos. + ( 2 ) work related to condenser unit:- ( a ) remetalling / overhauling of 2.5 inch 2 valves and 1.5 inch 10 valves and 8 valves of quarter inch fitted on the incoming and outgoing of the condenser unit by fitting the valves and making them functional. 5 ( b ) oil flasing work by applying air pressure in the oil separator installed in the cold storage machine room. 6 ( 3 ) work of oil flassing:- ( a ) oil flashing of all the 6 diffuser coils of both the chambers of the cold storage is to be done by air pressure. 7 100 8 ( b ) oil by putting air pressure in the oil separator installed in the cold storage machine room ( c ) cleaning of ammonia tank ( receiver, 1000 kg capacity ) installed in cold storage machine room and oil flassing work by applying air pressure. 9 , ( d ) the work of oil flassing by adding air pressure to the condenser unit installed in the cold room. 10 , ( 4 ) general overhauling of two 60 hp slipring compressor motor starters ( emi make ) by replacing worn out carbonized parts and making them functional and correcting interlocking and starter tipping work and cleaning its oil tanks ( capacity per 35 liters ) and re-filling them with new transformer oil. fill and make functional. 11 ( 5 ) removing the stripping of two 60 hp stripping compressor motors, supplying new slippering and making it functional by varnishing, greasing and replacing worn out carbon heated parts, gutka, finger, lux etc. 12 ( 6 ) replacing both the bearings ( ball bearing and roller bearing skf make ) of two 60 hp compressor motors and making them functional. 13 ( 7 ) complete overhauling of all three 7.5 hp beacon monoblock motors pumps and replacement of bush, replacement of both bearings ( skf make ) and repair of all three reflex valves and making them functional by complete fitting work. 14 ( 8 ) complete overhauling of electrical panel installed in cold room machine room and defective voltmeter, ampere meter, indicator, hrc fuse, cutout with carrier. 15 , including contactor, relay, lux, c.t., rotary switch etc. ( havells / l&t make ) ( 9 ) complete overhauling of l.t. control panel fitted in panel room and replacement of defective voltmeter, ampere meter, indicator and heated and carbonized parts. 16 ( 10 ) ( a ) make the oiling greasing blowers of all the 6 diffusers fitted in both the chambers functional by overhauling them completely. 17 ( b ) 6 valves of half inch liquid line of 6 diffusers in both the chambers, 6 valves of half inch infection line, 1.5 inch 6 valves of sectional valve, remantling, threading and lathe work to make it functional. 18 , ( 11 ) supply and fitting of new starter 60 hp make emi of compressor no.-3 and making it functional. 19 , ( 12 ) supply and fitting 600 ampere acb mdo type ( l&t / havells make ) in lt panel and make functional. 20 ( 13 ) replacement of 166 kva make cummins generator installed in state cold storage with dry exide / emran ( 24 v ) and charger supply and complete overhauling of the generator and making it functional. 21 ( 14 ) rewinding ( adjusting old wire ) of compressor no.2 60 hp motor and fitting by supplying ball and roller bearing ( make s.k.f. ) . 22 , ( 15 ) inverter ( 800va- 900va ) with tubular battery ( 150ah 180ah ) exide / emran supply and connection with fans and lights and fitting 23 ( 16 ) details of material supply:- 1. compressor oil coolant 68 hp - 2 drums ( per 210 litres ) 24 2. ammonia gas 1000 kg as required 25 3. belts of 5 hp motors - b88 size finer make - 12 nos. 26 belts of 4.5 hp motors - b 92 size finer make - 12 nos. 27 5. belts of all three 60 hp compressors c-180 size finer make - 15 nos. 28 6. transformer oil 100 liters
