tender for on-site maintenance and micro-repair work of transformers of different categories of medium capacity transformers ( from 250 kva to 1000 kva ) installed in the areas of various power distribution divisions under district meerut.- 1 removing top cover plate by opening of bolt and nuts of t / f and other internal connection oft / f required for repairing safely and reconnect it after aproprately afterminor repairing work ofmedium power distribution transformer ( 11 / 0.4 kv ) installed at various site for stoping oil leakage from t / f, replacement of damaged h.t / l.t bushing rod and other work as per site requirment & site conditions. firm has to make arrangement for draining and refilling of t / f oil , if required for carring out the work. ( distance of 75 km. from concerned ctr ) 2 250 kva, 400 kva t / f 3 630 kva, 750 / 800 kva, 1000 kva t / f 4 toping up / filling of reclained / fresht / f oil in t / fs ( 250 kva, 400 kva, 630 kva, 750 / 800 kva, 1000 kvat / f ) toping up / filling of reclaimed / fresh t / f oil in following capacity of t / fs upto 2 / 3rd level of conservator tank for distribution t / f having less oil as per indent placed for repairing by distribution wing. filling up of these t / f byreclaimed / fresh t / f oil upto required level and carriage of reclaimed / fresh t / f oil, t / f drums from concerned ctr including safe loading and unloading at both ends. complete in all respect as per site requirement ( reclaimed / fresh t / f oil will be provided by the concerned je ( w / s ) ( required vehcile & suitable container for storage of reclaimed / fresh t / f oill will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 5 replacement of old and damaged h.t busihing rod including oil seal / gaskits etc. ( 250 kva, 400 kva, 630 kva, 750 / 800 kva, 1000 kvat / f ) removal of old and damaged h.t busing rod from t / f and fixing of suitable size new h.t busing rod made of brass with all nuts and bolts etc. including replacement of all old / damaged neoprene oil seal / gasket set by fixingsuitable size new neoprene oil seal / gasket set & as per site requirment, complete job in all respect. ( all material will be provided by the department ) 6 replacement of old and damaged l.t busihing rod including oil seal / gaskits etc. ( 250 kva, 400 kva, 630 kva, 750 / 800 kva, 1000 kvat / f ) removal of old and damaged l.t busing rod from t / f and fixing of suitable size new l.t busing rod made of brass with all nuts and bolts ect. including replacement of all old / damaged neoprene oil seal / gasket set by fixingsuitable size new neoprene oil seal / gasket set & as per site requirment, complete job in all respect. ( all material will be provided by the department ) 7 stopping oil leakage from t / fh.t / l.t bushing side. ( 250 kva, 400 kva, 630 kva, 750 / 800 kva, 1000 kvat / f ) stopping of oil leakge from t / f l.t / h.t side bushing. removing of all damged oil seal / gasket set / cork sheet andfixing of suitable size new neoprene oil seal / gasket set / cork sheet and tightening of h.t / l.t bushing rod complete job in all respect.
