tender for providing services of sweeping & scavenging and cleaning of office building; toilet block open area, common areas, etc., cleaning & wet mopping of common areas, corridors, cleaning of dust bins & placing polythine bag in dust bins and cleaning chocked w c/gully traps etc by sweeper every day and disposal ofgarbage & rubbish to the authorized municipal dhalao/organic waste converter to entire satisfaction and as per direction of engineer-in-charge etc. contractor shall supply all t&p, sweeping materials required i.e. jhadu, pocha, vim, phenyl, naphthalene balls hand cart polythine bag mopping material etc. all complete (nothing extra shall be paid or this account). (note minimum 0.4 sweepers shallbe deployed per day except sunday and national holidays for the above operations, in case of less number of sweeper, recovery shall be made @ rs. 1000 per person per day for absentee)
