tender for servicing calibration and stamping of 1 no 100 tonne capacity electronic weigh bridge installed at silo area and servicing of computer system and weigh bridge equipments -charges for inspection and servicing of control panel, indicator and circuits of computer hardware’s of 100 tonne capacity electronic weighbridge with 8 nos. load cells installed in the silo area. 2 charges for calibration & obtaining annual statutory stamping for the weighbridge installed in the silo area from the assistant controller of legal metrology, salem inclusive of providing necessary assistance. 3 charges for dismantling the monitor, cpu, printer and other allied system, thorough cleaning, assembling and putting into service and checking the computer system of the weighbridge. 4 charges to arrest the excessive movement of the platform by providing new supports / strengthening of pumpers of all eight locations and strengthening of side frame / end frames. ( plates, angles / channels will be provided by tangedco ) 5 charges for replacement of defective load cell by lifting of platform, realigning of both insulating pads of all 8 nos. of load cell and repositioning. disconnecting the both sides of the load cell control cable, checking healthiness of the cable, and termination with junction box, carrying out an ‘end- middle-end’ test for rebalance the weigh bridge. 6 t&p and consumables such as spanners, multi meter, wire brush, cotton waste etc. for item sl. no. 5. 7 ii ) 25 nb ball valve 1 no.
