project for cctv surveillance network and backbone infrastructure establishment during entire ganga sagar mela, 2023-2 cctv installation: establishment of connectivity for intra network of around 450 cctv cameras in different sectors viz.mela ground, kachuberia, chemaguri, benuban, lot-8 & namkhana including kakdwip with connecting cables, networking equipment and others. ( rental ) 3 establishment of microwave connectivity:point to point microwave connectivity between kachuberia & lot-8 / sagar island to obtain adequateband-width across the river channel for integrating 450 cctv cameras, internet, wi-fi zones, roip, ip phones and video analytics in the existing telecom towers. additional microwave link, if required to install to establish connectivity, need to be supplied by the vendor. ( rental ) 4 redundant connectivity in addition to microwave link: between lot-8 and kachuberia / sagar main control room, the vendor may hire redundant connectivity for resilience of network of at least 500 mbps bandwidth point to point optical fibre connection. ( rental ) 5 establishment of network backbone infrastructure:optical fiber cable lay out in the entire gangasagar police arrangement area for backbone for integrating 450 cctv cameras, roip, ip phones, wifi capability, video analytics and internet. ( rental ) 6 display units / video walls: ( i ) display units for cctv network like video walls & monitors of different sizes to obtain feed of 450 cameras at 3 numbers of control rooms ( 1 ) lot-8 ( 2 ) kachuberia ( 3 ) sagar mela ground. ( rental with accessories ) 7 internet accessibility: ( i ) wi-fi zone creation in the 8 locations, require strong access to internet service to handle monitoring and other communication apps including gangasagar sahayata app. ( ii ) with availability of 50 to 60 numbers of selective cctv cameras feeds for the selected subscriber of ganga sagar sahayata apps. ( iii ) live video footage of 15 numbers of uav ( rental ) 8 uploading of cctv feed to kolkata: uploading of selected camera feeds for remote access to bhabani bhaban, nabanna, telecom hqrs and selected subscribers with gangasagar sahayata app. the calculation of required bandwidth and management of the same will be under provision of vendor. ( rental ) 9 man management with sole responsibilities for providing un-interrupted services from the commencement to end of the ganga sagar mela, 2023 for entire project as mentioned inannexure- iv to ix.
