(+) , curtains of required size on back side of stall / shamiyanas if required , vip chairs with cover etc. , inaugural red carpet for vip entry side , decoration / zool beads , additional tables with covers , entry gate with top water proof , music system with wireless / wired mics, platform mounted at 10 ft height on wooden board with water proof covering top etc as required at site, including carriage of music system etc. , additional plastic chairs if required , 20x30 feet pandal with site covering fabricated on ms hollow pipes and water proof cover top , additional chairs and tables and curtain cloth for food coat table with white cloth chairs , kanat of width 10x6 feet made of cloth etc. , carpet 10x15 feet (additional) , vip chairs , vip table , curtains 10x15 , note:-the rates quoted are inclusive of all carriages of materials (mechanical/manual) from source to site work and all extra chargescomplete in all respects. 2. the financial bids of only those bidders shall be opened who give demonstration of sample stalls and shamiyanas for which no charges shall be paid. the bidder has to bear all the costs of own.
