tender for grass and wild vegetation cutting - regular cutting/ clearance of dense jungle and cutting of grass, shrubs and plants, including uprooting of all types of vegetation, bushes, etc. by scrapping of grass, bush wood & plants etc. above 2” over the ground level, weeding out the wild growth of roots, seeds etc. and collection ofthe foreign materials like kankar, pebbles, waste paper etc. along with uprooting of small wild trees by digging and taking out the complete root; in switchyard area, in the area between pale fencing & chain link fencing, area between pale/chain link fencing & security fencing & security wall including removal of all types of plants/creepers/shrubs on pale fencing and chain link fencing, area around control room/ committee room/ store sheds and open yard store area at the sub-station.after cutting, disposal of all the removed vegetation, rubbish and garbage etc. has to be done away from sub-station premises on daily basis. cutting/ uprooting of grass, shrubs, trees and creepers etc. has to be done on regular basis in such a way that height of grass is limited to less than 4” throughout the month in entire switchyard. in case, any vegetation above the height of 6” from the ground is not attended within 04 days, the portion of that area shall be deemed to beincomplete for that month and shall not be measured.following optional work may be allowed to be done by contractor for controlling the wild growth on no additional charges:spraying of ‘round up/glycel’ herbicide liquid and ammonium sulphate crystal mixture by diluting it with water in the ratio of 1:60 with the help of manual/ automatic spraying machine on the grass/ wild growth/ plants in switchyard, in area between pale fencing & chain link fencing, area between pale/chain link fencing & security fencing & security wall including plants on pale fencing and chain link fencing, area around control room/committee room/store sheds and open yard store area at the sub-station. one time cutting/ clearance of dense jungle and cutting of grass, shrubs and plants, including uprooting of all types of vegetation, bushes, etc. by scrapping of grass, bush wood & plants etc. above 2” over the ground level, weeding out the wild growth of roots, seeds etc. and collection of the foreign materials like kankar, pebbles, waste paper etc. along withuprooting of small wild trees by digging and taking out the complete root; including removal of all types of plants/creepers/shrubs at specified area other than switch yard at substation premises as and when required. after cutting, disposal of all the removed vegetation, rubbish and garbage etc. has to be done away from sub-station premises on daily basis (1000 sqm area has been taken into consideration for one time cutting and clearance of dense jungle etc. per year for each substation, so for 02 years, total area has been calculated as 2000 sqm)
