( deposit scheme through running contract ) .- 1 loading, carriage of following items from store centre, gauriganj / sultanpur to dump store including unloading and proper stacking ( distance 0-70 km. ) ( sl. no. 2 - 18 ) 2 stp / pcc pole. 3 acsr weasel conductor 4 v type x arm 5 11 kv xlpe cable 6 25 / 63 / 100 kva transformer 7 250 kva transformer 8 pilfer proof metering cubical 9 11 kv cable box indoor / outdoor 10 pole mounted ct / pt combined unit 11 11 kv pin / disk insulator with nuts & bolts 12 top channel. 13 g.i. wire 14 stay set complete 15 l.t. abc three phase / single phase 16 lt distribution box 17 other line materials 18 dragging of stp / pcc pole from dump store to pit site. 19 digging of pits up to the depth of 1650 / 2200 mm. as per site requirement. fabrication & erection of single pole support on pcc / stp pole support including digging of pit & fixing of all accessories and clamps as per respo norms . 20 digging of pits up to the depth of 1650 / 2200 mm. as per site requirement.fabrication & erection of double pole support on p.c.c. / stp pole includingdigging of pit & fixing of all accessories and clamps as per respo norms. 21 grouting of stp / pcc pole in ratio 1:4:8 with cement stone ballast, coarse sand and plinthing 300 mm above ground level as well as muffing of plinth. 22 spreading, laying & stringing of acsr weasel conductor for construction of 11 kv line as per respo norms. 23 spreading, laying & stringinging of ab cable three phase / single phase 24 ordinary earthing by 11 kv ms earth rod 2500 mm long as per respo norm. 25 concreting & nuzzling of stay complete including fixing of necessary clamps with the help of nuts & bolts other accessorise required for completing the work as well as its grouting by civil material viz.sand, stone ballast and cement. the contractor will provide all civil material as well as stay insulator 26 guarding of line as per rspo norms. 27 installation of 25 / 63 / 100 kva transformer on newly constructed double / single pole making proper connections from 11 kv system and proper testing as well as commissioning of transformer. 28 underground laying of 11 kv xlpe cable as per respo norms. 29 high pressure testing of 11 kv xlpe cable testing equipment will be arrenge by the contractor. 30 installation and commissioing of pilfer proof metering cubical in metering room. 31 installation and commissioing of pole mounted ct / pt combined unit 32 fixing & jointing of cable box indoor / outdoor 33 construction of plinth for 250 kva transformer of 2x2x1.2 mtr. with help of first class brick and masonry 1:4 cement & coarse sand. filling the structure completely as per norm with rcc to 1:2:2 cement & stone grit with m.s. bar & m.s. for restling the transformer. 34 installation of 250 kva transformer on newly constructed plinth making proper connections from 11 kv system and proper testing as well as commissioning of transformer. 35 construction of 250 kva transformer fencing. 36 fixing of lt distribution box & other complete works as per respo norms. 37 earthing of 11 / 0.4 kv t / f with sutable g.i. pipe and fixing sutable g.i. strip including all material requaired to complete the work. 38 dismenteling of 11 kv line. 39 dismenteling of ab cable single phase / three phase. 40 tree cutting for clearance of 11 kv / lt line. 41 note: any quantity of item from sl no. 1 to sl no. 40 may vary to any limit within the financial value of agreement against this tender.
