supply of quad calandria , calandria:- as per existing calandria, a new mild steel fabricated calandria for evaporator body of heating surface 440m² with central down take and with juice feeding / distributing coil. the calandria shell should be 12mm and mild steel tube plate having 45mm holes drilled & perfectly reemed shall be 32 mm thick, no of tubes 1761 and tube length between the tube plate should be 1885mm having ligament not less than 13mm. calandria shall have proper galleries for steam distribution & adequate nos of nox gas with drawl connections for heavy & light nox gases. the calandria shall have 900 mm steam / vapor inlet connection with proper size condensate box fitted with calandria for condensate with drawl. the inside dia of the calandria shall be 3025 mm and calandria shall have at least 150 / 100 mm color above & below tube plate for welding with the vapor space body & bottom saucer of the evaporator. the calandria shell have minimum 04 nos of tic rod between top & bottom tube plates. , chief engineer
