tender for operation & maintenance for 4 nos of reverse osmosis water treatment plant in 1 ) . flower market, 2 ) fruit market, 3 ) vegetable market 4 ) food grain market, kwmc, koyambedu, chennai – 600 107 for a period of one year; operation and maintenance of 4 nos of water treatment plant ( reverse osmosis plant ) in flower market – 1 no, fruit market – 1 no, vegetable market – 1 no & food grain market – 1 no for a capacity of 2.0 cum / hr ( 32.0 cum / day ) product water. operation with 2 nos of operator ( one person in each shift ) and 1no. of plumber ( in general shift ) per day for treating brackish / any kind water ( using 1 no of bore well ) with tds value up to 2000 ppm and to be brought down to as per the drinking water standards ( bis standards ) . which includes require labour charges, procurement and utilisation of materials / consumable such as sodium hypo chloride, coagulation, hcl, antiscalent, smbs, ph booster chemicals, cleaning chemicals acidic and cleaning chemicals base, etc as per o & m manual, servicing / repairing of 1 no. 2hp submersible bore well pump, 1no. 2 hp raw water pump, 6 nos chemical dosing pump , 1 no. 10 hp high pressure pump and 1 no. centrifuge air blower, 1no. 2 hp flushing & cleaning pump, supply of cartridge filter for normal use & cleaning 20” big blue model 4 nos. per month and testing charges of both raw water & product water. servicing / repairing of flow meters, pressure gauges, valves including multi-port valve and control panels, etc. cleaning of membrane once in a month. attending to leakage in pipe lines and including removal of blockages etc, in pipe lines.
