colour coated sheet supply and work colour coated sheet supply and work , supply trapezoidal / corrugated sheeting system in galvalume in colour coating steel having covered width of 1000 mm ( total width 1060mm ) , 35 mm crest at a pitch of 250 mm stiffened with 8 mm deep intermittent corrugation sheet be made from base metal having 0.50 mm thickness in steel of grade 345 as per astm a 792 m coated with alloy of al & zn to grade az minimum alloy mass 150 gm total both side with colour coating having complete dip tank pre-treatment process with chromat conversion ( cr +3 ) as main pre-treatment followed by pu primer of min. 5 micron dft on each surface, finished with special polyester paint to grade 20 of min. 20 micron dft on exposed surface & 5 micron in grey shad on unexposed surface. note:- sheets shall be supported with coil manufacturer test certificates for strength & coating thickness. , supply of ridge of same material as item no.1 having total width of 1060mm crimped curve type / pressed with same profile. , supply of 2 mm poly carbonates sheets / frp of matching profile ( for lightening purpose ) . , dismantling of old gi sheet. , fixing of colour coated sheets with necessary self-drilling & self-trapping screws / bolts & nuts.epdm washers with 150 mm laps where ever required.the rates shall include costs of laps, fixture like sd / self-trapping screws with epdm washer’s incl.stitching as required incomplete line and level, inclusive lifting to all heights as required. , fixing of ridge with all necessary jointing material inclusive cost of bolts, nuts, washers, sealing material, cutting hole making drop & funnels etc , fixing of poly carbonate sheet. , dismantling of old purline , fixing of ms channel 100 x 50 , turbo ventilator fan – 24” with poly carbonate sheet.
