tender for replacement of pcc pole , conductor and other material -1.01 safe carriage of pcc poles up to 8.5 mtr. long from esc, sre/je store to site of work at various sites including loading & unloading at both ends.(dist.up to 25 km.) 1.02 safely carriage of other complete line material (except pcc poles) from esc, sre je store then to then site of work at various sites including loading, unloading at both ends.( dist.app. 0 to 25 km.) 1.03 erection of single support on pcc poles up to 8.5/11/13 mtr long with complete fitting of all accessories of 11 kv/lt as per respo specification. 1.04 fixing of stay rods by digging of pits in block of 600x600x300 mm. & with new brick and nozzling of stay wire 7/10 swg and fitting the same on the pole 1.05 laying, lifting, stringing, sagging jumpring & binding of acsr weasel conductor for 11 kv/lt line as per respo specification including complete. 1.06 laying, lifting, stringing, sagging jumpring & binding of acsr rabbit conductor for 11 kv/lt line as per respo specification including complete. 1.07 providing & fixing of stay clamp for pcc poles with nuts bolts made of new ms flat iron 50x6 mm as per respo specification. 1.08 providing & fixing of x-arm clamp for pcc poles with nuts bolts made of new ms flat iron 50x6 mm as per respo specification. 1.09 earthing of poles by earthing rod 20x2500 mm as per respo specification. 1.1 removal of old and used weasal/rabbi conductor from site to esc saharanpur including loading and unloading both ends. 1.11 re-sagging of loose conductor of 11 kv lines (consisting of 3 phase) with opening, binding & re-jumpering of conductor 1.12 re-straightening of tilted pcc pole (single support) with complete fitting and refitting of complete fitting after re-strengthening of tilted single pole. 1.13 tightening of loose stay including opening, binding & nozzling of stay wire.
