outsourcing conservancy outsourcing conservancy services for non cantonment military station damana for provision of 16 x conservancy safaiwalas with effect from date of signing of contract agreement to 31 march 2021 , 1 . the outsourced safaiwalas will be performed following duties :- ( a ) cleaning of open areas . ( b ) sweeping / cleaning roads . ( c ) cutting and pruning of trees , shrubs , bushes etc . ( d ) removal of non-bio degradable waste such as polythene / plastic bags and items . ( e ) cleaning of blockages in sewarages line and soak pits or manholes , lifting of dead animals etc . ( f ) cleaning and lifting of garbage from collection points , garbage bins and entire earmarked areas . ( g ) any other work of sanitation cleaning required by the first party ( h ) provision / receptacle for filth and rubbish at convenient places . ( j ) lifting of dead animals on occurence . ( k ) levelling of minor water pits . ( l ) periodic desilting of drains . , contractors profit / service charges per day per safaiwala ( should not be zero ) , uniform and implements for work , gst 18% on minimum wages
