housekeeping work of door sanchar colony and mtce . of inspection quarter at panjarapole , surat from december 2020 to may 2021 , general upkeeping of door sanchar colony & inspection quarter located in the colony including the activities listed as below: , ( a ) cleaning of roads , including collection of unwanted brickbats , sand , stones , papers , plastic , branches , leaves , dungs , metallic materials etc . lying on the road with hand brooms or wire brush . this activity is to be carried once in a day as per the direction of engineer-in-charge . , ( b ) cleaning of tennis court , staircases of all the blocks with hand broom daily of all the blocks . terraces and plinth protection to be cleaned once in a six months all complete as directed by engineer-in-charge . , ( c ) maintaining green area for already existing areas , hedges keeping the green area in perfect condition including watering ( as and when required ) , periodically mowing the lawn by lawn mover , weeding out once in a month or as required by the engineer-in-charge . ( approximate area to be maintained is 3000 sqm ) . , ( d ) maintenance of the inspection quarter located in the door sanchar colony shall be the responsibility of the agency . activities like cooking , cleaning , sweeping , mopping , dusting of furnitures etc and other activities related to the inspection quarter shall be get done by the labours engaged by the agency . for this purpose , as and when required atleast one person shall be engaged by the agency who will take care and also cook in the inspection quarter . , note :- ( 1 ) agency shall engage sufficient labours to carry out the activities as mentioned above to the satisfaction and as per direction of the engineer-in-charge . ( 2 ) all the necessary t&p required for the above mentioned activities shall be arranged by the agency . no extra payment will be given to the agency for the t&p . ( 3 ) adequate precautions shall be taken by the agency to avoid the any health hazard of the labours engaged by him for the above activities . nothing extra shall be paid for the same . ( 4 ) agency has to keep a supervisor for supervising the activities related to housekeeping carried out by his labours . ( 5 ) uniform dress shall be supplied to the labours engaged in the housekeeping work as per the direction of engineer-in-charge . , disposal of vegetation rubbish such as dry leaves , grass , small braches etc . that are stacked during the activities as listed above at various location in door sanchar colony , panjrapole by engaging sufficient labours for loading and unloading to the approved dumping ground of local body or as per the direction of engineer-in-charge .
