( approx . area : 4 . 50acres ( 18300 . 00 sqm ) ) ( c ) transferring the bench mark ( msl ) available from the nearest location to the site and establishing permanent bench mark ( pbm ) , temporary bench mark ( tbm ) on the grid pillar top . construction of grid boundary pillars of size 200mmx200mmx800mm ( total ht ) and projected 300mm above ground level at an interval of 100mtrs or change of direction along the periphery with 5mm thick mild steel plate size 150mmx150mm at the centre of pillar with proper anchorage at the bottom of the plate with necessary bench mark . the value of grid and level shall be marked on top of ms plate legibly with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint . contour map at 1m intervals and submission of all drawing in 4 sets cd soft copy all complete as per standard specification .
