operation and caretaking of electromechanical services at te bldg textile market surat 2nd call , sh-i : comprehensive maintenance of lift at textile market telephone exchange building surat . , operation & caretaking of all electro-mechanical services including attending operations involved thereto along with arranging necessary tools and safety equipments , maintaining daily record / log-book for sub-station & a/c plants and for others as and when required , replacing petty electrical items , and handing over the old one to the site in-chanrge , general upkeep and cleaning of sub-station , a/c plant , dg set areas and all other duties of electrical operator / caretaking assigned from time to time complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge . ( all materials / consumables shall be provided by the department except the small petty items as distilled water for dg battery ) . the person should make himself available within a short time of an hour in any shift when called for any operational activity after his regular split duty . the person shall do rutine checkup of fa/fd system & fire fightihg system . ( two shifts per day , one person per shift )
