engagement of consultants for testing of various parameters and submission of six monthly compliance report to moef seiaa , preparation and submission of six monthly compliance reports to ministry of environment & forest , govt of india , seiaa/ppcb , punjab as per environment clearance conditions , ppcb noc conditions as applicable . the scope of work includes visits to site for collection of data , sampling , visits to offices of department , moef/seiaa/ppcb , testing of various parametres such as soil , water , noise , air etc . the bidder is required to liasion with moef/seiaa/ppcb offices and address the queries raised by them . the rate should be inclusive of all testing charges , visit expenses , liasion cost , gst etc as applicable . any additional work , if required for completion of work shall be deemed to be included in the cost and nothing extra shall be payable .
