( sh- day to day maintenance of da flats and running and maintenance of pump sets ) , providing services for routine maintenance & attending day to day complaints of electrical & mechanical installation & compound lights / street light , panels , dbs & cleaning of the electrical installation laoding of electrical complaints in the complaint register i / c providing assistance to the engineer-in-charge during breakdown maintenance complete with replacement of worn out parts ( to be issued by department free of cost ) by deploying following staff on all days of the month i / c sundays & holidays in round the clock etc . as per terms & conditions attached . i ) wireman - 5 nos . ( 2 nos . = 6 am to 2 pm , 2 nos . = 2 pm to 10 pm and 1 no . = 10 pm to 6 am ) ii ) khallasi - 4 nos . ( 2 nos . = 6 am to 2 pm and 2 nos . = 2 pm to 10 pm ) , operation & maintenance of various capacity water supply pump set / horticulture purpose pump set etc . at rajpur road , delhi-54 . in two shift on all the days of months i / c sundays & holidays , cleaning of pump rooms and all surrounding area regularly i / c maintaining of pump log-book & cleaning register with minor repair etc . as required site staff :- i ) pump operation - 2 nos . ii ) khallasi - 1 no . ( note: khallasi shall be deployed for cleaning & all purpose at various pump rooms at rajpur road etc . as per direction of engineer-in-charge .
