( one job means 8 hours duty ) . , add cost index @ 15 . 69% as approved by dg ( w ) , less 9 . 5 % as per order no . f8 ( 2 ) /2007-ac/ finance/ 01295543/ jsfina/1376-1499 dated 14/05/2018 issued from secretary ( finance ) gnctd . , terms & conditions :-1 . minimum wage rate of govt of india or govt of nct of delhi whichever is higher must be paid to each employee by the employer . 2 . esi/epf must be deducted/deposited of each employee by the employer and have to submit the documentary proof to the engineer-in-charge . 3 . the work shall be executed as per the direction of engineer-in-charge . 4 . the employee will be qualified and efficient in his/her work as per t&c of the agrement . 5 . the rate shall include all taxes levies etc . and nothing extra shall be paid on quoted rates . 6 . time period allowed is twelve months which can be terminated earlier also at the discretion of engineer-in-charge . 7 . income-tax including surcharge & education cess etc . wichever applicable shall be deducted as per prevalent rules . 8 . the employee employed by the contractor for the above said work shall have no right to claim any other expences . like , medical , etc . from the department . 9 . if the deployed employee is found absent from duty on any day , recovery @ double the quoted rate shall be made from the contractdors bill . 10 the payment shall be made to the employee only when this office provides copy of attendance sheet . 11 . the payment to the employee/worker will be made upto 5th day of every month . a penalty of rs 500/-per day per worker will be imposed if payment not made upto 7th day of every month and a penalty of rs 1000/- per day per worker will be imposed till the payment not made . 12 . the bonus will be paid as decide by govt of delhi & will be reimubursed as per actual paid to the workers .
