annual repair and maintenance of to district court residential complex saket , new delhi 2020-21 ( sh cleaning , mopping of common area , like lift lobby , staircase , basement , community centre , footpath area , terrace , servant qtr . etc . by mopping machine at residential complex , cleaning , mopping of common area , like lift lobby , staircase , basement , community centre , footpath area , servent qtr . terrace etc . by mopping machine electrically operated , manual labour ( where mopping machine does not work ) including cleaning dust , cleaning of grills , hand rails etc . to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge . the waste so obtained shall be collected in wheel borrows etc . and to disposed off to nearest municipal authorized dumping place ( the rates are inclusive of labour , material , cost / hire charges of mopping machine and wheel barrow , brooms , dusters and its operation , detergent etc . required ) . the work shall be done on daily basis from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm ( no holidays allowed ) . the work shall be carried out saket court judges residential complex . the agency / contractor shall have to issue to labour , identity card , uniform & attendance machine etc . at his own cost . the supervisor shall be provided android mobile phone . minimum 12 nos . workers shall be deployed on daily basis and one no . supervisor shall also be provided and phone number of supervisor shall be made available to pwd staff and service centre , main staircases of all the blocks of residential complex at district court saket , new delhi .
