providing of male and female security guards , engaging of male security guards 7 nos ( skilled ) : to safeguard the bel factory outer gate and surrounding areas , parking area , and guest house & any other security related work . all male security guards shall be in three rotational shifts and carrying out all the works connected with the security job and as per instructions of engineering-in-charge of the work from time to time all as specified in annexure-ia and or as directed etc . , complete . ( note: ( i ) the rate to be quoted shall be for the complete finished work per hour of job contract basis . ( ii ) the minimum labour force to be engaged on work on all the working days against this item is indicated in annexure-ia . iii ) the quoted rate shall be exclusive of gst ) . , engaging of female security guards 2 nos ( semi skilled ) : to check the personal baggage of female employees of the company or , dealing with lady employees or , visitors or , workers on any other security related work . duties of lady guard searchers shall be in general shifts . all as specified in annexure-ia and or as directed etc . , complete . ( note: ( i ) the rate to be quoted shall be for the complete finished work per hour of job contract basis . ( ii ) the minimum labour force to be engaged on work on all the working days against this item is indicated in annexure-ia . iii ) the quoted rate shall be exclusive of gst ) . , miscellaneous expenditures towards uniforms 2 sets and shoes , rain coat , torch , lathi etc each 01 no each guard per year . stationaries , communication facility as per requierements . payment will be released based on actual expenditure on submission of bill .
