( dist. 0 to 50 kms. ) . 4 erection of single support including complete 33 kv / h.t fittings as per respo manual and as per direction of engineer incharge including the cost of labour, t & p and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 5 st pole 13 mtr. long 6 erection of 33 kv line double pole on st pole including the work of complete line as per respo norm manual and as per direction of engineer incharge including the cost of labour, t & p and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 7 st pole 13 mtr. long 8 laying , sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering etc. of old line conductor on the newly erected pole as per respo manual and as per direction of supervising engineer, including the cost of arrangement of labour, t&p carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 9 acsr dog conductor 10 drilling and cutting of tee off channel, v cross arms, top channel, cross bracing angle, ms garding angle, dropper chanel. as per specification of uppcl construction manual including including loading and unloading at the both ends. 11 grouting of st poles as per respo norms including cost of grouting material ( cement: sand: brick ballast ) size as per respo norms. this qty also includes the additional work of old & existing lt line which has to be converted into ht line. presently the supports of old line do not have grouting. 12 st pole 13 mtr. long 13 making the plinth of st pole 13 mtr. long. 14 chopping of tree branches which are touching to 33 kv / ht lines. 15 fixing of earthing rod as per respo manual and as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of labour 16 erection and grouting of stay set including the work of nozzling etc. as per respo manual and also including the cost of arrangement of all grouting material, labour, t&p etc. required for proper completion of work 17 providing and fixing of stay insulator. 18 guarding of old 33 kv line damaged due to storm by laying two nos. gi wire parallel and fixing of lacings ( tilli ) at a distance at 2-3 mtr. as per respo manual and also including the cost of rrangement of labour, t & p etc. required for proper completion of work. 19 fixing of danger board required for proper completion of work. 20 painting and numbering of st poles.
